Coil coil image Soda fired - vase with coil neck and leaf protrusions Raku:hand built vase:luscious lip with lug handles

No prior clay experience is necessary.

Every class session includes technique and/or project demonstration. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, but can expect to create three or more finished projects during the six-week session. If an individual endeavors to create more complex projects, the number of finished works may be fewer.

To ensure optimal attention and guidance for each student, enrollment is limited to six per class.

For extreme durability, all work is fired to cone 5/6. There are many beautiful glaze choices, most of which are dinnerware and microwave safe.
